Nearing completion – Large residential extension and refurbishment works in Bearsted, Maidstone, Kent

The finishing touches are being completed to one of our residential developments in Bearsted, Maidstone, Kent. JAT-Surv undertook a full scope of works for this Client, including gaining planning consent, building regulation approval and a full tender package for contractors to price. The brief here was to gain a large open plan kitchen / living area with separate home gym. Making use of the existing structure and careful removal of an existing garage, we managed to make great use of a previously under utilised external space.

In addition to the design element, JAT-Surv also resolved a historical boundary dispute, providing evidence and explanation to draw the matter to a logical and satisfactory close.

Once the landscaping has been completed, and the bespoke kitchen installed, this project shall be complete.
