Works completed – Extension and internal alterations, Maidstone, Kent

Works have now been completed at one of our smaller residential projects in Maidstone, Kent. Although the extension itself is relatively small, the brief has certainly been matched in terms of the Clients desire for a large modern open-plan living space with a greater sense of light and space.

By simply removing certain internal walls, repositioning the kitchen and vaulting the ceiling of the extension, we have transformed the ground floor of this existing modern property, and simultaneously transformed how the Client and their family use the space. This has become a great family room, and also a great space for entertaining.
