Here are a few photos from one of our smaller residential extension and alteration jobs, this time in Rochester, Kent. JAT-Surv were engaged from day one, gaining Planning Permission, Building Regulation Approval and providing various layout options and design ideas for the Client. Our experience and expertise meant we could achieve the desired result without infringing on policy or regulation.

Proof that with clever but simple design ideas and layout solutions, small spaces can be transformed into amazing focal points. Here we have level changes, exposed structural steel, open stair, pitched glazing and a wonderful kitchen design.

Our Client is rightfully very proud of the finished result and is looking forward to many happy years using the space for socialising with friends and family.
