Architectural design

Without the correct professional advice, Planning Permission can be a minefield.

Building regulations

Following successful grants of Planning Permission, JAT-Surv will guide you through the Building Regulations process to remove the stress and unknowns from what can seem like a daunting process for Clients to navigate alone.

Party wall agreements

The Party Wall Act prevents building work undertaken by one neighbour undermining the structural integrity of shared walls or neighbouring properties.

Building surveys

Whether purchasing your first home or adding to your existing domestic or commercial portfolio, JAT-Surv are on hand to provide help and advice in the form of condition surveys or feasibility surveys.

Defect diagnosis

Whether you have bought a new build property or a Grade I listed barn, the vast majority of buildings have defects.

Approved inspector services

Holding various Charterships such as MCIOB and MCABE, JAT-Surv offer site inspections to Approved Inspectors (Building Control) as well as Warranty providers.

Site inspections

JAT-Surv offer site inspection services to a wide variety of clients, from home owners to developers and contractors.

Sacred Heart School Foundation

JAT-Surv are proud to support the Sacred Heart School Foundation. The school is Located in the small Indian village of Pokhriabong in the foothills of the Himalayas, sandwiched between Nepal and Bhutan. Only a stone throw from the famous tea region of Darjeeling, the beauty of the surrounding mountains is breath-taking.

We used JAT-Surv to help us with our home extension when we as a family outgrew our bungalow.
